ADACAS Advocacy invites you to a Forum on Enabling Consumer Dignity and Choice - Supported Decision Making in the Aged Care Sector

How can Supported Decision Making be used to ensure every individual participates in choices that affect their care and daily life while respecting their culture, diversity, values and beliefs and their rights to autonomy, independence and risk-taking?
The forum will be led by an expert panel of individuals, advocates, service providers and legislators from the Aged Care Sector.
The forum will comply with Covid-19 restrictions and the number of people attending in person at CIT Function Centre will be limited to 70 people. However, the forum will also be held online through Zoom.
